2007 CADE Estate Cabernet Sauvignon Howell Mountain 95 points. This is
our very
first release of this wine. When we had purchased this
vineyard back in 2005 no other
winery had ever made wine from this
phenomenal site so not only is this the first Estate
Cabernet Sauvignon
produced by CADE but it is the very first wine produced and
released
from our Estate. Also of note, the very first PlumpJack Reserve
Cabernet
Sauvignon was the 1995 vintage and it also received 95 points
and we all know the pat
that PlumpJack has gone down. Needless to say
we are extremely excited about our
first Parker rating but even more
excited to taste future vintages of this wine as our
vineyard matures
and evolves.
