The color is a light ruby, clear and bright. It is not a rose, but not
a syrah, either. The nose is semi-crisp and medium bodied. There are
hints of oak (primarily), grapes, nuts, and leather. There is a faint
hint of chocolate. The initial taste (after letting the wine breathe)
is medium and fades quickly, begging the consumer to continue their
duty! It is warming to the palate, with the same flavors as the nose
depicts. The follow through develops quickly and is full of the
flavors provided by the barrel. It is fuller bodies, but lighter than
the initial flavor.
