it was elegant with ripe fruit,
fresh herb and floral aromas. In the
mouth full-bodied (BIG) and rich, concentrated
and viscous, complex,
fresh, succulent and long, long and long. A wine of great
elegance,
harmony and balance. Elana Walch may be German but she sure can
make a
wine to be taken very seriously.
