Patricia Green Pinot Noir Reserve 2009

There is a wealth of sweet, sappy, ripe and readily available fruit in the fore-palate that is super-attractive. The texture of the wine gives this fruit a silky framework to glide over. There is nice, bright acidity to give the wine lift along the way and just a trace of tannin at the end to give the finish some oomph and enough staying power to make this wine pretty damn interesting from front to back. A classic, true-blue Oregon Pinot Noir!
