From hillside vineyards not far from the azure blue Mediterranean sea
comes this classic Provencal blanc. Saint André de Figuière's "Valerie"
is an assemblage of 15-25 year old vines of Semillon (15%), Rolle (25%)
and Ugni Blanc (60%). It is crisp, vibrant, and will pair with just
about any dish calling for a food friendly white. Try the Valerie with
grilled snapper, brandade on grilled toasts or roasted chicken.
