Elegant and well structured - Clear, pale green yellow in color. Soft
fruity aromas dance seamlessly with floral ribbons of orange blossom
and honeysuckle, and just a hint of lanolin. Ripe flavors of citrus
fruit and pear, with a nice moderate acidity on the palate. Dry,
moderate and balanced alcohol. A nice Spring wine that should be
enjoyed in its youth. Would pair well with lightly grilled vegetables
and some seafood, but it doesn't beg for accompaniment.
