Quiet Book is the result of the search for a full wine, which accompanies wood aromas of the grape, and the passage of time has to improve. The nose stands wood spices and aromas of Cabernet Franc, moderated by the delicacy of Malbec. In the mouth it will take time to discover all the nuances that show, and that will last and evolve for several minutes.
