Headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia, Wilkinson Wine Cellar was founded to provide the ultimate wine buying experience to our family and friends. Having built a large wine collection from all over the world, we wanted to turn our favorite hobby into a business. The goal of Wilkinson Wine Cellar is to make the wine buying experience affordable, easy, and enjoyable through incredibly low prices, flexible shipping and delivery options, and personalized customer service. Facts about Your Order

1.   Same day order shipping is usually not available; please feel free to contact us when you are planning to order to ensure the order time lime we can provide meets your requirements.

2.   All wine sold by us comes from licensed distributors in the State of Virginia.  We do not sell wine from wine auctions, private wine sales, winery direct sales, or other non-distribution sources.

3.   The wine shipping estimates provided by FedEx and UPS are for shipping time in transit purpose only and should not be used to determine your delivery date.

4.   Wine orders that have “Ship By” and “Deliver By” dates override the precaution of having us hold the wine until the weather is in the proper temperature range.

5.   Wine orders that are processed by our E-commerce system toward the end of the week from Thursday forward, will normally ship on the following Monday to ensure that the wine is with the shipping service for as short of a time as possible.

6.   All orders that are place on our website will be verified for age (over 21 years) of the purchaser and payment.  Customers may be required to provide additional information and or documentation to verify their age and payment method.

7.   Wine prices are guaranteed at the exact time of your order only and we reserve the right to change our pricing at any time for any reason.
